Shipping Policy General Shipping Information
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day. 2nd Day and Next Day are only available during business days. If you would like your merchandise to be shipped via Next Day or 2nd Day, your items must be purchased online before 12:00 PM. We ship most items to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Some products cannot be shipped UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day due to federal regulations or size restrictions. If you order online or by phone, you will be notified if an item is on backorder.

What delivery service do you use?
We currently use UPS, FEDEX and USPS as our delivery services. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, we ship internationally. You will be charged for Ground shipping, plus an additional fee. A member of Bucgear.com will be in contact with you if additional charges apply.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO military addresses. However, not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Further restrictions on item type, size and weight may exist in the country in which the APO/FPO address is located. Some merchandise may not be deliverable to these countries. Please contact your local post office to verify item type, size and weight restrictions for the country in which your APO/FPO address is located.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Ground delivery is priced based on the value of your order. UPS 2nd Day is the standard price plus an additional charge of $20.00. UPS Next Day is standard price plus an additional charge of $40.00. For certain large and/or heavy products, a special shipping rate may apply. A friendly staff member of Bucgear.com will notify you if additional charges apply to your purchased product.

International Orders are on a case-by-case basis. An email will be sent of the upcharge for approval before shipping items.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your Bucgear.com purchase, we have 2 convenient ways to return and exchange your
merchandise. Please mail to us or bring in your receipt within 30 days from purchase date for a full credit. Shipping Charges
Will Not Be Refunded. All orders returned after 30 days will be given a store credit. In-store purchases will be refunded
within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days a store credit will be given. Some items cannot be returned if opened.
These items include videos, sports and toy collectibles, bathing suits and undergarments. All autographed merchandise sales
are final. Clothing must have tags attached, and must not be worn. All returned merchandise must be in new/pristine condition.
When returning merchandise to Authentic Team Merchandise "It's Bucs & Bulls Heaven' store:
Please bring your original invoice, photo ID and the credit card you used when you ordered to the address listed below.
Return by mail:
Simply enclose your invoice and merchandise in a box, and send the box back to us via insured mail. Please allow 1-2 billing
cycles from the day your
return is received for your account to be credited. If you prefer to exchange an article of clothing for
another size, please include a note stating so. Shipping charges will be applied for exchanges. If we sent you the wrong item we
will pay the shipping fee. Please feel free to call us if you have additional questions about returns and exchanges.

Merchandise will be valued at the current selling price. A valid photo ID must be presented to redeem a store credit.
